Speaking of which, I've got another illustration for my "LA-LA Land" column in this week's LA Weekly (I think it's out now).

The first idea is about Star Maps, the maps you can get in Hollywood that tell you where celebrities live, except, you know...he's an astronaut so it's a map of literal stars. Puns!
The second idea was to do a mosaic-type thing of various Los Angeles people and elements.

Jason wanted me to push the Hollywood/LA vibe, so I added a space traffic jam (space jam?) of sorts, some satellites with advertisements on them, and a planet Hollywood (har har). Will the puns never end? Jason also wanted me to make it a little trippy/psychedelic, so I went with some kinda crazy colors:
