This is an illustration I did for the front of my business cards.

Below are the fronts of a bunch of business cards I scrambled to make so I could pass them out in time for the Paper Pushers show (sorry for the poor-quality pictures). They had some additional, kinda-funny things also handwritten on the back, along with my contact info. If you found this blog through one of these cards, hello and welcome!




Some of them don't make sense unless you read what's on the back. Unfortunately I didn't have time to take a picture or scan the backs before the show...the front is where all the action happens anyway!
They're a limited set of 30, each hand-drawn/written. Yeah, it took a while.

Paper Pushers opening reception

I headed to San Francisco last Friday to attend the opening reception of Paper Pushers at Gallery 1988. It was packed, but I managed to make my way around the gallery to see a lot of amazing art. I was really happy to be able to participate in the show and I already can't wait to see what people come up with for next year's show!

And this Friday is the Crazy 4 Cult show at Gallery 1988 LA! Can't wait!

Paper Pushers!

Here are the FINAL looks for my Paper Pushers pieces, with string and everything. The colors are a bit different here than in the other post because I was using different scanners and I had to do color adjustments on a computer with a different screen, but these are the true colors (on this computer screen anyway). Enjoy.
Each piece of each triptych is 5" x 9".

Circus Show WIP

This is my sketch for the Circus Show and Other Atrocities next month at A Bitchin' Space in Sacramento. The show seeks to bring to light the cruelty inflicted on animals in the circus.
